Deprecated! Creates a form when editing a scaffold.

With Scaffolding 1.4.x, it is required that all {xxx-data} macros are contained inside a scaffold section

Name	Required	Default	Description
[default]/name			The name of the scaffold. Must be unique to the page.
users			The comma-separated list of extra users who can edit the scaffold. Anyone who has 'Edit' access to the page can edit regardless.
groups			The comma-separated list of extra groups who can edit the scaffold. Any group with 'Edit' access to the page can edit regardless.
