CustomWare delivers Atlassian Solutions for Yilgarn Infrastructure
When Yilgarn Infrastructure Limited (Yilgarn) planned to implement a knowledge sharing network, backed by a enterprise class issue tracking system, they contacted CustomWare for assistance with implementation of the Atlassian Confluence and JIRA platforms. CustomWare provided expert consulting services, leveraging their experience in best practices of wiki knowledge collaboration tools.
The Deliverables
Data Import - The first challenge in the Yilgarn implementation was to import some existing Yilgarn business data into the Confluence wiki. In order to achieve a solution, CustomWare used their Confluence development experience to create a plugin to perform the import. As a result, CustomWare was able to deliver Yilgarn with an information repository containing exactly the structure that they needed in the shortest time possible.
Server Management - CustomWare worked with a Yilgarn web hosting provider during the project to setup and configure the hosting servers, and ensure the efficiency of the connection. CustomWare also provided frequent monitoring services to ensure availability of the JIRA and Confluence applications.
