The PSUtilities package is provided by webMethods Professional Services (hence the "PS" Utilities) as some example code to perhaps use as a starting point for you to copy, modify and test prior to using in any production environment. It is not covered under official support, so once modified and used in production the support of the code and ongoing maintenance responsibility is up to you.
