In the first Beta release, Apex triggers were created programmatically in Salesforce by the connector. This feature has been removed in the latest release, hence it is recommended to remove the old Apex triggers. If you were using a Salesforce Development instance, you are most likely affected.
As the latest version of the add-on is not backwards-compatible with the previous version, we have reset the notification configuration for all installations. You will need to reconfigure your notification settings later.
If exist, remove all Apex triggers in Salesforce with a name matching the following pattern:
For example, CaseAfterUpdateHipChatWebhookTrigger.trigger. These triggers have been created by the add-on and should be removed. If you want to be competely sure you are removing the right triggers, you can check the trigger body which contains a header like this:
