To notify Drift agents of the status of the escalated issue, the Connector automatically sends issue status updates back to Drift as internal notes.
This is on by default and can be disabled by admins if required.
To access this setting:
- Go to the Cog Icon
- Under Drift Integration, click Manage connections.
- At the Drift Connections screen, click Configure on the desired Connection.
- The Connection Settings screen will appear.
Uncheck the setting if you would like to disable it.
