Where is Page Approval data stored?

Page Approval only uses the OS_PROPERTYENTRY table and the following columns are involved:
- ENTITY_NAME
- ENTITY_ID
- ENTITY_KEY
- KEY_TYPE
- BOOLEAN_VAL
- STRING_VAL
- DATE_VAL
