This page goes into detail about the features of the Salesforce & JIRA Service Desk Connector.


When a client logs into the customer portal of your JIRA Service Desk, the Connector will immediately pick it up if the email address also exists in Salesforce.

When a Support Engineer opens the JIRA Issue in Service Desk, they will see the customer's full contact details (as provided by Salesforce) in the right sidebar:
