CauseUser used during authentication process is not a Knowledge User in Salesforce.
User used in authentication process needs have the Knowledge User setting enabled on their profile.
In Salesforce, follow these steps:
- Go to Setup
- In Quick Find, search User
- Click Edit for the authentication user
- On the right side, look for Knowledge User and Enable the setting
- Click Save
- Refresh the Configuration page under Salesforce Publisher
