Installation guide

Prerequisites

You must be:

• An admin of the JSM instance.

• Either a technical contact or billing contact of the JSM instance. To verify, log in to MyAtlassian and ensure the JSM instance appears on the Licenses page.

Guide

1. Log into your Jira Cloud.

2. Go to the cog icon at the top right corner > Apps > Find new apps.

3. Search for "Surveys for Jira Service Management".

4. Click on the Free trial to download and install your add-on.

5. Click on Close in the Installed and ready-to-go dialog box.

6. Return to the Manage Apps window and click on Get started under Surveys for JSM in the left-hand menu. Alternatively, click on the Get started button in the Surveys for JSM section.

7. Go through the installation wizard until you reach the Configure step. Select the project and click Start Building.

8. You will be redirected to the project's Survey Settings page to continue your configuration.
